What am I?

In actuality, this is a vintage plant stand.

Now it has a multitude of uses, from the kitchen and storing dishes to the bedroom holding bags, sweaters, or shoes (unless you are like Sweethomewhever and need a room for shoes), or back to the garden holding flowers as it was originally intended.
